Robotics

For this experiment, I proposed to do the following:
- Create two robots using the LEGO Mindstorms NXT kit that were nearly identical. One robot would have an ultrasonic sensor which would allow it to “see” the world around it, while the other robot would have no sensors.
- The first robot would then use its ultrasonic sensor to run through a path outlined by obstacles (such as boxes). It would keep track of its actions, so that it can “share” its actions with the other robot.
- The first robot would then share where it had travelled with the second robot either using sound or Bluetooth communication.
- The second robot would then run the path without the use of a sensor, thus demonstrating the ability to “learn’ from the first robot.
